Maria Castillo works tirelessly to serve her students, their parents and her fifth grade team. She ties depth, complexity and creativity into her lessons to ensure her students are receiving exactly what they need to learn and grow. She has been an amazing mentor to many new and experienced teachers alike. Maria’s classroom management skills create a classroom of respect and academic excellence along with a playful sense of humor.
